Q1). Where can I get the App?
Ans). You can download this App from Google play store by searching for Sanjeevini or SCFBio sanjeevini app website

Q2). I am unable to get results.
Ans). Please check the internet connection. If internet is working and you are not getting either result or error message for last 2 days you can contact us using details in Contact us page or write us a feedback. You can also email us on sanjeevini@scfbio-iitd.res.in with your JobID and module name.

Q3). The visualizer is displaying wrong molecule.
Ans). This generally happens if the result is not available. Hence it displays previous result available.

Q4). The Application does not install on my mobile.
Ans). Currently the application does not work on iPhone. The application has not been tested thoroughly on Jellybean (4.3) and below versions of Android. If you have downloaded app from here you need to allow third party applications to be installed in the settings. If you have an android mobile with version above 4.4 and unable to install the application please contact us.

Q5). I want to download the results on my Desktop.
Ans). You can get the results on the Desktop by providing your JobID and module at http://www.scfbio-iitd.res.in/sanjapp/webSearch/Sanjeevini_webpage.html

Q6). I want to submit the jobs using Desktop.
Ans). Please visit http://www.scfbio-iitd.res.in/bioinformatics/drugdesign1.htm

Q7). I want to share results with other people/group.
Ans). You can do so by proving them with your JobID and module name. They can import the results using import option in FILE menu of the app.

Q8). The job has been pending for more than 2 days.
Ans). Please check internet connectivity. If internet is working and you are not getting either result or error message for last 2 days you can contact us using details in Contact us page or write us a feedback.

Q9). I got wrong results/blank files as results.
Ans). Please contact us with the JobID and module name using details in Contact us page. If you not getting results but also not getting error, then it might be a new error for us. Pease leave a feedback.

Q10). I did not understand the results.

Q18). App keeps downloading the results for extended period of time.
Ans). This happens if the internet connection is slow. The problem is acute with SOM and AADS modules which have bigger files as output. Alternatively you can download the results to your desktop using this link

Q19). SOM module does not display HOMO LUMO orbitals in visualize.
Ans). HOMO LUMO orbital information display can take some time in some models of android mobiles.

Q20). App crashes under specific conditions.
Ans). App crashes if it is unable to get information from the input file. File format errors is most common issue. Try the same molecule using a different format. In case this does not resolve the issue please let us know the conditions under which the app crashes by writing us a feedback or email at sanjeevini@scfbio-iitd.res.in .

Q21). I am not geting any result on my Desktop when i provide the jobID and module name on your website.
Ans). This can occur in two conditions. Job is still under process and second jobID/module name is incorrect. If your case does not fall in any of the above please write us a feedback or email at sanjeevini@scfbio-iitd.res.in .

Q22). I am not geting any result when i import a job in the app.
