Sanjeevini mobile application is the mobile version of Sanjeevini suite of software for computer aided drug discovery (CADD). The application includes variety of drug discovery modules for Active site prediction, ligand screening, docking and scoring of both proteins and DNA. It also provides access to a million molecule database which can be accessed based on physico-chemical properties.
The application currently incorporates in-house developed modules of AADS, RASPD, ParDOCK, DNA Docking, DNA intercalator, PreDDICTA, BAPPL, BAPPLZ, SOM, TPACM4. Each module has been thoroughly validated on a large dataset and published in reputed peer reviewed journals. Visit our publications section for more details.
