ProTSAV is a meta-server, which has a collection of model quality assessment programs that evaluate the quality of a protein and correctness of the structural model. It predicts a global quality score for submitted input structure. This global quality score is derived from the quality assessment of different validation tools (modules) selected by user. Thus, ProtSAV furnishes better insights of input protein structure to the user with its global quality assessment score .
