Onco-Regulon: A database of functional regulatory motifs in cancer causing genes
The database contains inofrmation about functional regulators of 937 genes implicated in cancer. The gene list is comprehensive and has been prepared by collecting information from different online sources like NCI, OMIM, Pubmed etc. Information about transcriptional regulators of these 937 genes has been manually curated from published papers, publically available ChIP data and crosschecked with MoDe-EnCode database.
