This tool is very useful to identify a potential DNA drug target for different
types of cancer.

Submit any query sequence to find total frequency in HUMAN GENOME
as per chromosome.

Submit a Nucleotide sequence to find out the all possible hits with
positions in particular chromosome. User can use this positon for third
part of the program to extend the sequence from specific location.

3. Nuclotide Sequence Extender

If you want to know a potential drug target with the help of a transcription
factor binding site, then here you can extend your query sequence in three
ways. This program extends your query sequence in human genome when
its frequency occurence become 1. then it would be a uniqe sequence in
human genome and you can target this as potential drug target.

4. Find Specificity of your target sequence

This tool works on any nuclotide sequence or a result sequence which
comes from Nucleotide sequence extender. A user can give a nucleotide
sequence in search box and need to set the counter to cut the nuclotide in
reverse direction, than program calculate the total hit for each sequence
in complete human genome as per chromosome. The main use of this
program to find the specificity of a particular target sequence which
