Step1: Input Protein Sequence (Single letter Code) not more then 100 amino acids
For eg: 'GELVEIETDKVVLEVPAEKELVEGLLPIHG '

Step 2: Input secondary Structure Information: Specify secondary structure information to give Helix or Sheet information(optional)
Helix: 1-8
Sheets: 13-21
Helix: 25-30

Step3: Click on Predict button to get the beta turns and gamma turns.

Beta turn Output:
BETATURN First best DKVV 9-12 VIII
BETATURN Second best DKVV 9-12 I

Structure 1 :
resgenpdb1000.pdb

Structure 2 :
resgenpdb1001.pdb

Gamma turn Output:
GAMMATURN VEG 22-24 CLASSIC

Structure 1:
resgenpdb2000.pdb

BETA TURN OUTPUT:

First best and second best represents the first and second most probable beta turn types.

For example: DKVV represents the predicted beta turn.

9-12 represents start and end position of beta turn in input protein sequence

VII represents the first best predicted beta turn type for DKVV; I represents the second best predicted beta turn type for DKVV.

Structure 1 and structure 2 are the respective structures for motifs comprising two secondary structural elements with the predicted first best and second best beta turn types for the loop in between.

GAMMA TURN OUTPUT:

For example: VEG represents predicted gamma turn.

22-24 represents the start and end position of gamma turn in input protein sequence.

CLASSIC represent predicted gamma turn type for VEG.

Structure 1 represents structure for motif comprising two secondary structural elements with predicted gamma turn type for the loop in between.
