pcSM: Capturing Native Protein Structures with a Physico-Chemical Metric

pcSM is a physico-chemical based scoring metric to detect native or native-like structures from pool of decoys. It comprises of various parameters viz. Euclidian distance metric, surface accessible areas, intramolecular energy and secondary structure propensity. The performance of protocol has been tested on 415 different system including public and CASP decoys. The average rank of native reported across all the systems is 2.38. pcSM can be successfully utilized in any protein structure prediction program.
