How to Use the Tool
  1. Enter the sequence in 5' to 3' order (only A, G, C, and T).
  2. Specify your choice of secondary structure either A DNA or B DNA or Molecular Dynamics Averaged Strcuture.
  3. Output is the DNA structure in Cartesian coordinates(PDB format).
